* Advising and case management of recognised refugees, provisionally admitted persons and persons with protection status S in personal, family, financial, legal and social matters
* Management of economic social assistance; support in enforcing and securing claims against social insurances
* Developing individual and effective solutions to sustainably improve the living situation of clients
* Responsible case management in close cooperation with the Integration and Accommodation departments as well as external specialist agencies
* Contributing professional expertise and co-shaping social counselling
Your profile
- University degree in Social Work
- Experience with subsidiarity and social insurance issues
- Empathy and enjoyment in working with people from diverse cultural backgrounds
- Enjoyment of independent work organisation and scheduling
- Structured working method and resilience even in challenging situations
