Exciting tasks

• Welcoming, advising and servicing our agricultural customers
• Managing a small team
• Managing the Agro depot and sales point
• Handling the administrative part related to agricultural trade
• Collaborating in synergy with the Agro depots of Perroy and Bussy-Chardonney
• Point of contact for customers, supervising the commercial area
• Supervising building maintenance and equipment upkeep.

Profile sought

• Federal VET Diploma in agriculture or another land-based profession, and/or higher education in the field
• Practical experience in agriculture and good technical knowledge
• Comfortable with administrative tasks and IT tools
• Experience in a similar position and team leadership experience is an advantage
• Good interpersonal skills, sociability and dynamism
• Availability to work Saturday mornings on a rota
• Sense of responsibility, loyalty and flexibility
• Experience in logistics and a forklift licence desired.
