Technical Sales Consultant Sanitary (m/f/d)
Our client is an established trading company in the construction and interior finishing sector. The company offers a wide range of products and solutions for various customers from the construction and craft environment and combines expert advice with professional service.

Role:
For our ROCKEN partner, you combine expert advice with a practical role in day-to-day business. You work directly with customers and ensure that products, documents, and goods are ready for further use.
Responsibilities:
Address technical questions regarding sanitary products and present suitable solutions
Administratively support business processes and prepare the necessary documents
Record and control material movements in daily operations
Assemble ordered items for customers and prepare them for collection or forwarding
Receive and handle customer concerns on site personally
Clarify enquiries about spare parts, repairs, and available products
Take necessary steps to resolve discrepancies with deliveries or goods movements
Qualifications:
Training in the sanitary or building services engineering sector or comparable technical background
Professional experience with sanitary products, spare parts, or technical services
Enjoyment of advising and personal customer contact
Confident handling of IT systems
Good command of German, both spoken and written
Independent and careful working style
Reliable personality with initiative
