Deputy Team Leader: Hospitality Service

The Directorate of Real Estate and Operations shapes the hospital infrastructure of the future and is responsible for operational services around the hospital. The hospitality department ensures the gastronomic well-being of patients, staff, and visitors. The hospitality service staff are the central contact persons 7 days a week for all non-medical needs of patients, focusing on food and drink. As Deputy Team Leader of Hospitality Services, you are a host with leadership qualities.

What to expect

• You are responsible for organising and ensuring a flawless daily routine
• You assist the team leader with administration and staff planning
• You share responsibility for excellent service on the wards and actively work with the team in hospitality service
• You regularly train the team on the job and ensure a respectful team culture
• You assist with the training of apprentices

What you bring

• A completed qualification in the service sector, preferably in gastronomy / housekeeping / hospitality
• Professional experience in the service environment as well as initial leadership experience
• You have a strong patient orientation
• You have good MS Office skills
• You maintain very good oral and written German skills
