About the Job
During your minimum six-month tenure in this position, you will be an important part of our production team and support us in various areas. You will take on administrative tasks such as maintaining planning boards, organising shopfloor meetings, and preparing evaluations. Furthermore, you will actively participate in the implementation of value stream and sprint projects and assist in the planning and execution of customer-specific productions. A central part of your work is supporting continuous improvement processes, where you not only contribute ideas but also drive their implementation.
You organise and lead topics in the area of shopfloor management, maintain the Kanban system, and prepare reports for projects and production metrics. Additionally, you have the opportunity to independently plan and implement smaller internal projects that contribute to efficiency improvements. If necessary, you support the team directly at the production facilities to bridge personnel shortages. Your commitment helps ensure the quality and punctuality of our production and lays the foundation for future innovations.
