Head of Finance & Accounting (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF110,000 - 125,000Role:
Are you looking for a new challenge in a responsible finance and accounting team? In this role, you will take on the leadership of finance and accounting and be responsible for a varied role with a great deal of personal responsibility and independence. You have the opportunity to work in a central position of trust and benefit from short decision-making paths. Your working environment is collegial and you have direct contact with management. You can benefit from above-average employment conditions and apply your skills in a small team.
Responsibilities:
- You take overall responsibility for finance and accounting
- In this role, you lead the general ledger accounting
- As Head of Finance and Accounting, you prepare the annual financial statements
- You are responsible for liquidity planning, budgeting and cost control
- In this position, you handle tax matters, including VAT and withholding tax
- You administer mortgages as well as the financial management of construction and renovation projects
Qualifications:
- You have advanced training in finance and accounting, such as a federal diploma or a university of applied sciences degree
- You bring several years of professional experience in a comparable role
- You have solid knowledge in preparing monthly and annual financial statements
- You have experience in the real estate sector and Abacus knowledge, which is an advantage
- You work independently and in a structured manner with a high level of quality awareness
- You are responsible and a team player
