• Your main tasks in our Customer Care Team include receiving, creating/editing quotations and tenders in the central internal sales department for the entire German-speaking part of Switzerland in close cooperation with the field sales team
• You are also responsible for order entry and complaint management
• If questions arise about our services or products, you provide competent telephone advice to our customers (mainly commercial customers)
• Technical clarifications with estimators and suppliers are also part of the daily work
• Receiving and processing supplier offers complete the range of activities

• You enjoy dealing with people and are motivated to provide the best possible service to our customers
• You have completed training in the construction (or related) trade (preferably structural/civil engineering, plastering) or have commercial training preferably with knowledge of building materials
• You are accustomed to working with a computer and are familiar with common MS Office programmes; experience with ERP and Sorba is an advantage
• You bring a high sense of responsibility and negotiation skills
• Resilience and flexibility are among your strengths
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form complete your profile
