What is my role?

• You ensure smooth order processing in close collaboration with our customers, production, supply chain, and sales

• You are in direct contact with customers and act as a central point of contact for their diverse concerns. You coordinate independently with the internal departments

• You handle tasks from the "daily business" such as efficient triage of emails and phone calls, master data maintenance, error reports via QM software, debtor invoicing, evaluations, and logistics topics

• You contribute to cross-departmental working groups and use your skills to play a significant role in successful project completion

• You take on additional leadership tasks in close cooperation with the Head of Internal Sales

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed commercial basic training as well as solid experience in a similar role

• Knowledge of classic internal sales topics as well as cross-departmental project work

• Experience in digitalisation and process optimisation

• Enjoyment of extensive ERP systems and proven practical MS Office skills

• Forward-looking and service-oriented working style, efficient problem-solving, and precise, appropriate expression
