Your tasks:
- Coordination of initial and further training in all areas
- Creation and development of educational concepts
- Planning and conducting teaching events
- Support for apprentices and interns from recruitment to completion
- Contact person for schools, authorities, guardians and educational partners
- Ensuring and implementing cantonal requirements for training professions and higher vocational education
- Management of a three-person nursing education team
- Participation in the training and further education budget
Your profile:
- Federal diploma as trainer or comparable andragogical training
- At least two years of experience in a comparable position, in personnel management and in healthcare
- Sound knowledge in supporting apprentices, organising and conducting teaching events, developing concepts and didactics
- Strong educational understanding in terms of lifelong, competence-oriented and life-phase-appropriate development
- Enjoyment in working with (young) people
- Proactive, communicative, independent and solution-oriented personality
