Responsibilities:
- You implement IT solutions professionally in project and operational environments
- In this role, you ensure clean, standardised system configurations
- As an experienced Systems Engineering specialist, you support assigned customers as a Leading System Engineer
- You analyse complex faults and error patterns and resolve them sustainably
- In this role, you create and maintain precise technical documentation and standards
- You actively contribute your know-how in requirements analysis, solution design, and knowledge management
Qualifications:
- Completed training in computer science (system technology or platform development) and at least 10 years of professional experience in the relevant field
- In-depth practical experience in at least two of the areas: server, storage, M365, virtualisation (VMware), or data protection (Veeam)
- Strong service and customer orientation as well as enjoyment of teamwork
- High quality awareness, combined with initiative and a responsible working style
- Very good German skills at native level and solid English skills
