You actively shape the digital and organisational development and contribute your ideas at the interface of people, processes, and technology
In this role, you create solutions with sustainable added value for customers, employees, and the future-proof organisation
You take responsibility for important projects and lead topics in a structured, pragmatic, and forward-looking manner from the idea to successful implementation
You work closely with various departments and strengthen a culture of trust, quality, personal responsibility, and collaborative partnership
In this role, you constructively question the status quo, identify potential, and contribute to the further development of innovation, efficiency, and customer proximity
Qualifications:
You have a degree at the HF, FH, or university level in business informatics or a comparable field
You have solid experience in project management, solution design, and requirements engineering, ideally also in agile projects
You hold certificates such as IPMA, IREB, CPAB, Scrum Master, Product Owner, SaFe, or ITIL or are willing to pursue further training accordingly
You bring a high IT affinity and broad technical understanding, ideally in the Microsoft environment
You are characterised by a communicative, creative, and team-oriented personality with a hands-on mentality
Good German and English skills
