What you can contribute

• Independently manage personnel administration: employment contracts, attestations and work certificates
• Ensure the contractual and administrative part of external engagements (fees, civil service, unpaid activities)
• Monitor time management: balance tracking, maintaining dashboards and closing tasks
• Prepare lists and working documents from several systems (SAP HR, BI) ensuring data quality
• Be the point of contact for HR advisors on personnel administration matters, and provide backup within the team
• Analyse and standardise personnel administration processes, develop best practices

What makes you unique

• Commercial training (CFC or equivalent) completed with training in HR, completed or ongoing
• Precise, structured and autonomous working method, with a strong sense of data quality
• Good knowledge of SAP, SuccessFactors and Excel; Power BI and Atlassian tools are an advantage
• Curiosity for new work tools, including artificial intelligence
• Versatile and adaptable personality, able to organise and prioritise within deadlines, with a good team spirit
• Knowledge of two official languages
