About the job
Do you have a comprehensive vision of the built environment and the ambition to lead large-scale architectural projects? We are recruiting for one of our partners, a Lausanne-based architectural studio renowned for the high quality of its creations, a Lead Project Architect.
Within this human-sized structure, you will play a central role. Far from a segmented approach, you will be the guiding thread that leads each concept from the initial sketch to its final realisation!
Your playground:
Project Management: You oversee the entire lifecycle of operations, from the initial pre-project phases to the removal of reservations and delivery.
Technical Development: You draw up design and execution plans, develop construction details, and ensure the aesthetic rigour of the project.
Interface & Partnerships: You represent the office to clients, guide consulting engineers, specialised contractors, and coordinate construction companies.
Administrative & Financial Management: You manage the preparation of enquiry dossiers, organise tenders, and monitor budgets as well as project schedules.
Architectural Control: You ensure qualitative and aesthetic follow-up on site to guarantee the conformity of the work with the approved project.
Qualifications
Your profile:
Academic Background: You hold a degree in Architecture from EPF, HES, or a foreign qualification deemed equivalent.
Swiss Experience: You have solid professional experience of several years in Switzerland, ideally gained on large-scale or complex projects.
Regulatory Knowledge: You are familiar with the SIA standards framework and the specific administrative procedures of the canton of Vaud.
Software Proficiency: You are fully comfortable with CAD tools as well as project management software.
Personal Qualities: Recognised for your interpersonal skills, you communicate clearly, demonstrate organisation, and know how to unite different partners around shared objectives.
Language Skills: Your command of the French language is excellent.
Technically stimulating and diverse construction sites within a modern infrastructure.
A family-minded work environment focused on dialogue and skills sharing.
Real flexibility and autonomy to manage your daily tasks.
