To ensure the manufacture and marketing of its products, X.NOV relies on several subsidiaries, including one in Switzerland.
As part of the development of our activity in Switzerland, we are looking for a Methods Technician.
Your missions
- Provide technical support to production teams.
- Prepare tooling, assemblies and materials necessary for manufacturing.
- Participate in the industrialisation of new products.
- Optimise machining processes and CAM/CMM programmes.
- Manage tooling, consumables and associated stocks.
- Write and update technical documentation.
- Train operators on production and control equipment.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (5S, SMED, performance optimisation).
- Work closely with Production, Methods and Quality teams.
Your profile
- Technical training (CFC in polymechanics, ES technician, BTS/DUT or equivalent diploma) with a specialisation in machining, methods or industrial production.
- Proven experience in CNC machining, ideally complemented by experience in methods or industrialisation.
- Proficiency in programming numerical controls FANUC, MAZAK and SIEMENS.
- Strong knowledge of machining processes, manufacturing methods and CNC programme optimisation.
- Experience in CAM and continuous improvement is an asset.
- Analytical mind, organisational skills and rigour.
- Ease in communication with production teams and ability to provide technical support on site.
- Team spirit, autonomy and proactivity.
