Service Technician - Graubünden (m/f/d)

Role:
As a service technician, you are responsible for repairs, installations and the replacement of household appliances from various own and external brands. You work independently directly at the customers’ premises, carry out service checks and provide competent advice on device replacement. In doing so, you professionally represent the company on site.
Responsibilities:
Repair, installation and replacement of the entire range of devices from own and external brands
Independent fault analysis and troubleshooting on household appliances
Preparation of quotes for device replacement
Conducting service checks during tenant changes
Expert advice to customers on repairs and replacement purchases
Electronic recording and documentation of performed services
Participation in product training and continuous expansion of expertise
Independent organisation of service assignments in the assigned area
Qualifications:
Completed training in the electrical or technical field, e.g. electrician, automation technician, electronics technician, polymechanic or automotive mechanic
Authorisation for connecting electrical devices (NIV 15) is an advantage
At least 3 years of professional experience, industry experience in household appliances is an advantage
Technical understanding and enjoyment of independent fault finding
Committed, resilient and reliable personality
Professional and customer-oriented demeanour
Excellent German language skills
Residence preferably in the area of operation
Driving licence category B
