You want to not only operate complex IT security solutions but also actively further develop them? In this role, you work on a versatile security infrastructure and design technical solutions around network, cloud and remote access security.
In doing so, you combine engineering, service operations and solution design. You take responsibility for stable services, work on demanding projects and contribute your experience to the further development of architectures and standards.
Responsibilities:
Ensuring and further developing central security infrastructures with a focus on firewall, WAF, proxy and SASE
Designing and implementing solutions for remote access, DDI and cloud integrations
Analysing and handling incidents as well as participating in change and problem management
Further developing security architectures, technical standards and operational processes
Collaborating with customers, internal specialists and external technology partners on projects and in ongoing operations
Participating in a rotating operations organisation including on-call and special deployments as well as continuous professional development
Qualifications:
Completed IT training with relevant practical experience or a higher degree in computer science
Solid professional experience in operating and engineering modern security infrastructures
Good knowledge in several areas such as firewall, WAF, proxy, SASE, DDI, remote access or cloud security
Experience in technical solution development and customer-oriented solution engineering
Independent, structured and analytical working style with a strong solution focus and enjoyment of knowledge sharing
Very good German skills and good English skills; relevant security certifications are a plus
