Panel Beater (M/F)

To strengthen our teams, we are looking for a panel beater

Desired profile:

• Holder of a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a panel beater or equivalent training
• Professional experience in a similar position preferred
• Good command of sheet metal techniques, straightening and welding
• Manual dexterity and good technical analysis skills
• Attention to detail, precision and rigour in the execution of work
• Autonomy in work organisation and respect for deadlines
• Ability to work as part of a team within a workshop
• Category B driving licence and own transport, an advantage

• Diagnose damage to the bodywork of accident-damaged vehicles, assess the cost of parts to be repaired or replaced and prepare a quote

• Check the geometric and structural conformity of the vehicle after repair
• Use and maintain the specific tools of the trade (straightening bench, welding station, dent removal tools)
• Respect deadlines communicated to customers and internal workshop procedures
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, especially during welding work
• Work closely with other trades in the sector (body painters, mechanics, etc.)
