Hapimag is a European holiday company with around 1,800 employees, 56 resorts and activities in 16 countries. From the headquarters in Steinhausen (ZG), the central functions work closely with the resorts and local teams throughout Europe.

For the People & Culture team, Hapimag is looking for a seasoned "hands-on" personality who drives Talent & Organisational Development with foresight, a willingness to shape, and a clear focus on impact. This role combines strategic strength with implementation orientation, a keen sense for the organisation and its stakeholders, as well as the ability to turn concepts into solutions with sustainable impact.

Your role and responsibilities

In this key position, you continuously shape and develop the group-wide Talent & Development agenda with regard to the organisation's strategic requirements and ensure its effective implementation.

• Responsibility for and further development of group-wide approaches in Performance Management, Talent Management, Succession, Leadership Development, Learning and Employee Engagement
• Design of a clear and practical performance and development process for HQ and resorts
• Establishment and further development of a structured talent and succession approach for key positions and leaders
• Together with the leaders, you identify development needs and develop suitable learning offerings
• Further development and implementation of leadership development initiatives in close collaboration with leaders and operations
• Further development of the learning landscape and learning platform with a focus on target groups, responsibilities and user experience
• Leadership and development of the team
• Direct collaboration with the responsible People & Culture manager, the leadership team and the local managers in the resorts

Your expertise & experience

• Several years of relevant experience in Talent Management, Performance Management, Learning & Development and/or Organisational Development, ideally in an international company
• Experience in the successful implementation and anchoring of HR and talent processes
• Comprehensive knowledge of modern talent, performance and learning approaches as well as experience with LMS
• Strong competence in stakeholder management and the ability to bring perspectives together and drive decisions forward
• Leadership experience as well as enjoyment in team development, delegation and operational collaboration
• Confident handling of complex issues as well as pronounced solution and prioritisation skills
• Experience in a decentralised or operational multi-site environment, ideally in hospitality, retail or services
• University degree in HR, psychology, business administration or a comparable field
• Very good command of German and English; additional languages are an advantage
