Your mission
- The heart of the matter: you verify inpatient services for Swiss German-speaking institutions in all specialised fields and, thanks to your expertise, ensure correct billing.
- You detect potentially incorrect codings using modern systems and report them in the form of clear and concise comments.
- You actively participate in the development and optimisation of our regulations concerning partially automated coding control.
- You keep regulatory and tariff provisions in mind, analyse trends, and develop innovative measures based on this.
- Team spirit is a given for you: you encourage exchanges and contribute to the continuous improvement of our team through your experiences and ideas.
What you bring
- Let’s start with the essentials: you have initial training in the medical or care field, which serves as a solid foundation.
- You have also completed further training in medical coding and gained professional experience in this area.
- You have solid knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system; experience in health insurance or social insurance is a great advantage.
- You communicate confidently and neatly in German, both orally and in writing. You also have good knowledge of French.
- You approach existing processes with a critical eye, submit your own ideas, and actively participate in changes.
