Project Manager Sanitary (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF100,000 - 105,000Role:
On behalf of a client, we are looking for a Project Manager Building Services / Specialist Planning for the independent handling and realisation of demanding building services projects. You develop technical solutions according to the specifications of the client or overall project management and accompany your projects from planning through tendering and execution to acceptance. In addition to planning and dimensioning tasks, you take on the local specialist site management and check services, quantities and contractor invoices. As the direct contact person for the client, you combine technical specialist planning, site management and project coordination.
Responsibilities:
Independent planning and realisation of building services projects in the respective specialist area
Handling projects through the relevant SIA planning and realisation phases
Creation of concept, project, execution and detailed plans
Carrying out technical calculations, dimensioning and system design
Preparation of tenders, specifications and technical descriptions
Coordination of interfaces with architecture, structural engineering and other building services disciplines
Assuming local specialist site management and monitoring proper execution
Conducting site inspections, quality checks and technical acceptances
Checking quantities, change orders and contractor invoices
Direct technical advice and support for clients and overall project management
Accompanying commissioning, functional checks and project handovers
Support with fee offers, effort estimates and project calculations
Qualifications:
Completed training as building services planner EFZ or equivalent technical qualification
Further training as Dipl. Technician HF Building Services advantageous
Practical experience in planning and realisation of building services systems
Solid knowledge of CAD, ideally complemented by experience with 3D/BIM planning
Knowledge of relevant SIA standards and Swiss building services practice
Confident use of Microsoft 365 / MS Office and digital planning tools
Very good German language skills, spoken and written
