tasks

• you create execution and detailed plans for projects in the areas of residential, commercial and industrial
• in doing so, you develop aesthetic, functional and future-oriented solutions
• you also take on technical clarifications and coordinate specialist planners as well as contractors
• leading meetings rounds off your area of responsibility
• the workload can, depending on your wishes, be between 80 and 100%

requirements

• you have training as an architectural draughtsperson / building draughtsperson or a degree as an architect ETH / FH or as a technician HF building construction or an equivalent qualification (m/f/d)
• professional experience in execution planning is essential for this role
• solid knowledge of Swiss construction and planning law as well as the relevant standards is also important
• good ArchiCAD skills are a great advantage
