Role:
On behalf of a client, we are seeking an experienced professional for the technical project planning and execution planning of demanding architectural and building projects. You will take responsibility for the constructive further development of architectural designs up to construction readiness and ensure precise, complete, and high-quality planning. The focus is on digital architectural planning with Archicad, the development of technically well-thought-out construction solutions, and the coordination of all planning documents. The position combines demanding building planning, technical detail development, and interdisciplinary collaboration with diverse projects and opportunities for professional development.
Responsibilities:
Independent handling of demanding building projects with a focus on technical project planning and execution planning
Further development of architectural designs to technical and constructive execution maturity, considering design and functional requirements
Creation and processing of project, approval, execution, and working drawings across the relevant SIA service phases
Development of detailed construction and connection solutions for building envelopes, façades, roofs, structural interfaces, and interior fittings
Digital planning and modelling of architectural projects with Archicad, including creation and maintenance of 2D plans and 3D building models
Coordination of all planning documents and ensuring completeness, dimensional accuracy, and technical feasibility
Coordination of architectural planning with clients, authorities, and external specialists to clarify technical and building law requirements
Close collaboration with architects, site managers, and other project participants to ensure continuous planning through to construction execution
Review and integration of specialist planner documents from structural engineering, building services, and other disciplines into architectural planning
Development of economical and technically high-quality detailed solutions considering material selection, building physics, and feasibility
Quality assurance of planning documents regarding relevant SIA standards, building laws, regulations, and technical provisions
Support of site management during the realisation phase through technical clarifications, plan adjustments, and handling of constructive issues
Qualifications:
Completed further education as a certified technician HF in construction planning / building construction or architecture studies FH/ETH or equivalent higher technical qualification
Several years of professional experience in architectural planning and technical project processing with a focus on project planning, execution planning, and constructive detail development
Sound knowledge of building construction, materialisation, and technical implementation of architectural designs as well as understanding of construction execution requirements
Very good user knowledge of Archicad for creating execution and detail plans as well as digital 2D and 3D building modelling
Confident knowledge of relevant Swiss SIA standards, building laws, regulations, and technical provisions as well as planning processes in Swiss building construction
Experience in coordinating interdisciplinary planning documents and collaborating with architects, site managers, authorities, and external specialists
Very good German language skills in spoken and written form for technical project processing, planning coordination, and communication with all project participants
