For our patient admission, we are looking for an engaged and resilient individual to start immediately or by arrangement, who keeps an overview even in a demanding workday and actively supports our team of around ten employees.
Who we are
Your tasks
- You ensure that inpatient and outpatient admissions are administratively processed cleanly and completely.
- You take responsibility for cost assurance – from coverage clarification to obtaining cost approvals and deposit payments.
- You clarify complex matters directly with insurance companies, authorities, patients, and internal departments.
- You are an important contact person for questions regarding admission processes and case handling.
- You ensure that relevant master data is maintained correctly, up-to-date, and completely.
Your profile
- You have a commercial education or bring solid experience in a comparable administrative role. Experience in healthcare is a relevant advantage.
- You work independently, in a structured manner, and take responsibility for your area of tasks.
- Even with a high workload, you keep an overview, set priorities, and work reliably and precisely.
- You are characterised by a quick grasp and complete your tasks efficiently and independently.
- You find it easy to deal with patients as well as internal and external contacts. You communicate in a friendly, professional, and appreciative manner.
- You are IT-savvy and quickly familiarise yourself with new applications.
