Responsibilities:
For stable IT, you regularly take on helpdesk as well as maintenance and support tasks
You solve hardware and software problems efficiently and in a structured manner
The distribution and packaging of software is also part of your tech repertoire
In projects, you actively contribute your knowledge of server, cloud, and LAN structures
You work with Active Directory, backup concepts, and system services to secure the IT infrastructure
Qualifications:
EFZ qualification in computer science specialising in system technology and several years of experience in operational IT support and network management
Confident command of the German language in both technical and customer-facing contexts, combined with good English skills
Technical affinity and strong commitment to further training as well as manufacturer certifications
Tech stack: Windows 10/11, Microsoft server environments, Hyper-V, SCCM, DNS/DHCP, ITIL
