Senior Payroll Manager (m/f/d)

- You are responsible for independently carrying out the monthly payroll accounting in the IT/energy sector.
- You have module responsibility for the SAP HCM system, including adjustments and optimisation of processes.
- You work closely with the HR team and managers to ensure that all relevant information for payroll accounting is available.
- You continuously monitor and adjust payroll processes according to legal changes and company policies.
- You actively participate in the implementation of new tools and technologies in the payroll area.
- You create detailed analyses and reports for management.
- You train employees and managers regarding payroll and SAP processes.
- You ensure compliance with data protection regulations in the payroll area.
Qualifications:
- You have completed commercial training with a focus on human resources or a comparable qualification.
- You have further training in payroll management or comparable qualifications.
- You have several years of professional experience as a payroll specialist, preferably in the IT/energy sector.
- You have comprehensive knowledge of SAP HCM and experience in module responsibility.
- You have sound knowledge of Swiss labour law and social security regulations.
- You have an analytical mindset and work very precisely.
- You have strong communication skills and are team-oriented.
- You have fluent German skills and are confident in English.
