Service Technician Mechanical Engineering (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF75,000 - 95,000Our client is an internationally active industrial company with global business locations. The company places great value on efficient procurement processes, reliable supplier relationships, and the continuous development of its global purchasing structures.
Role:
Residence in the greater Biel-Olten-Aarau area
Responsibilities:
- Installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of electrical discharge machines on site at the customer
- Diagnosis of faults and malfunctions as well as troubleshooting
- Training customers in the operation and maintenance of the machines
- Close cooperation with sales to support technical queries and customer care
- Documentation of service activities and preparation of service reports
- Support in the development and implementation of service and maintenance concepts
Qualifications:
- Completed training in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable qualification
- Experience in the maintenance and repair of electrical discharge machines or comparable machines
- Knowledge of control and drive technology as well as reading technical drawings and circuit diagrams
- Customer orientation and high service commitment
- Independent and structured working style as well as high flexibility and resilience
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team; knowledge of German and French is advantageous
- Willingness to travel and driving licence
