Do you think in processes, systems, and interfaces? We are looking for an ECM professional who develops technically robust solutions from business requirements. The focus is on the digital processing of information, intelligent workflows, and the seamless integration of ECM systems into modern IT landscapes.
Responsibilities:
Development of technical ECM solutions along digital business processes
Translation of business requirements into well-thought-out system and solution concepts
Setup, installation, and configuration of ECM applications and their components
Design and implementation of workflows for automated document processes
Integration of ECM systems into ERP, CRM, HR, and other business applications
Planning and implementation of API-based integrations and data exchange processes
Technical analysis of existing application landscapes and identification of optimisation potential
Development of standards for configuration, operation, and further development of the ECM environment
Support for migrations, releases, and technical extensions
Assistance with architectural decisions and evaluation of new ECM technologies
Conducting technical acceptance and quality assurance
Building sustainable technical documentation for systems and integrations
Qualifications:
Technical training or degree in computer science, business informatics, or comparable field
Several years of professional experience in ECM, DMS, workflow, or integration environments
Experience with implementation and technical configuration of enterprise software
Confident handling of interfaces, data structures, and system integrations
Knowledge of SQL and API technologies
Understanding of process modelling and workflow automation
Advantageous: experience with REST, JSON, web services, scripting, or low-code platforms
Interest in cloud-based ECM architectures and modern integration patterns
Ability to analyse complex technical contexts clearly and translate them into actionable solutions
Quality awareness, initiative, and solution-oriented thinking
