Our ICT Windows Platforms team ensures that central Microsoft and Windows services at Zurich Airport are operated reliably, securely, and sustainably. This includes, among other things, the server infrastructure, Intune/SCCM, Identity & Access Management with Entra ID and Okta, Microsoft 365 and MS Teams, as well as the support of modern client workstations. As Team Lead ICT Windows Platforms, you take on the technical and personnel leadership of a team of seven system engineers and the team leader Windows Platforms Operation, as well as external specialists. With your technical foresight, clear leadership, and strong customer orientation, you ensure together with your team that our platforms are always stable, efficient, and meet the high demands of a 24/7 airport operation.

Your job destination

• You continuously develop our Windows platforms and services together with your team and ensure they are operated stably, securely, and compliantly at all times
• You actively shape key topics such as Identity & Access Management using Entra ID and Okta, Windows server infrastructure, the modern client workstation, and the Microsoft application environment
• Together with the Operations team, you ensure efficient, economical, and reliable operation of the platforms you are responsible for, including readiness for on-call duty
• You contribute your technical expertise to projects, support with complex issues, and plan your team’s work assignments proactively
• You take financial responsibility for the assigned cost centres, manage them transparently and purposefully, and are responsible for the necessary tenders for new solutions

Your skills in your luggage

• You have a university degree at FH level or higher and have gained solid experience with Active Directory, Microsoft clients, server technologies, and/or Azure Cloud
• You have already led a team in a comparable technical environment and know how to develop people both professionally and personally
• You are confident in the Microsoft environment, think ahead, and enjoy actively driving innovations and new technologies forward
• With your conceptual strength, consulting competence, and clear communication, you build trust both within ICT and with our specialist departments
• You communicate fluently in German and have good English skills for exchange in an international environment
