What you can contribute to

• Review and process requests from persons domiciled in Switzerland seeking foreign pensions
• Determine the insurance career in Switzerland for foreign social insurances
• Inform insured persons residing abroad
• Collaborate with the corresponding institutions by phone, mainly in French, German and Italian, and draft related correspondence.

What makes you unique

• Commercial training (CFC commercial employee or equivalent)
• Ability to handle large volumes, aptitude to work both in a team and independently, organisational skills and excellent interpersonal qualities to ensure quality service
• Familiarity with common office tools, especially Outlook, Word and Excel
• Fluency in two official languages, both spoken and written, as well as good knowledge of a third official language.
