Role:
On behalf of the client, we are looking for a technically skilled individual as Project Manager: Ventilation & Air Conditioning for the independent handling of demanding projects in the field of ventilation and air conditioning technology. You will manage projects from the offer and concept phase through technical order processing to successful delivery and handover. The focus is on customer-specific solutions for air technology systems as well as the integration of cooling and heat pump systems. As the technical interface, you coordinate sales, production, customers, and suppliers, taking responsibility for costs, deadlines, and quality.
Responsibilities:
Independent processing and management of projects in the field of ventilation and air conditioning technology
Preparation of offers, calculations, orders, and technical refurbishment concepts
Technical and commercial development of customer-specific ventilation and air conditioning unit solutions
Project responsibility regarding costs, deadlines, quality, and profitability
Consulting customers on air technology device concepts, cooling systems, and heat pump systems
Technical design and specification of ventilation and air conditioning components
Coordination of interfaces between sales, engineering, production, customers, and subcontractors
Review of technical requirements, specifications, and execution documents
Support for order changes, supplements, and technical optimisations
Technical support for sales and internal project processing
Coordination of delivery dates and ensuring complete project and system documentation
Technical supervision of projects up to delivery, commissioning, and handover
Qualifications:
Technical basic training in building, ventilation, air conditioning, or building services engineering, for example, building services planner EFZ
Further education at HF/FH level or in the commercial-technical field is an advantage
Professional experience in ventilation and air conditioning technology, ideally in project management or order processing
Knowledge of ventilation units, cooling, and heat pump technology
Experience in offer preparation, calculation, and technical customer consulting
Confident use of ERP systems and Microsoft 365 is an advantage
Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
