AP / GL Accountant (M/F)

As an AP/GL Accountant based in Lausanne, you will be responsible for managing accounts payable. This permanent position requires a rigorous and detail-oriented approach to ensure accurate and efficient financial management.

Responsibilities

As an AP/GL Accountant, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable, including invoice entry and follow-up;
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accounting records;
• Participate in monthly and annual financial closings;
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure procedural compliance;
• Supervise payments and ensure their correct recording;
• Provide accurate and timely financial reports;
• Support external audits by providing required documentation.

Candidate Profile

As an AP/GL Accountant, you have the following profile:

• Training in accounting, finance, or an equivalent field;
• Proficiency with accounting management software;
• Good knowledge of international accounting standards;
• Excellent command of French, knowledge of English is an asset;
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines;
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
