Head of HR Services (m/f/d)

As Head of HR Services, you take on a central role in our HR department and, together with your team, ensure professional, efficient, and service-oriented processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle.

You will drive

• You lead and develop the HR Services team (including payroll) both professionally and personally
• You ensure high-quality and efficient HR administration from onboarding to offboarding
• You continuously optimise and digitalise HR processes and contribute innovative ideas
• You ensure compliance with labour, social security, and data protection regulations
• You work closely with HR Business Partners, managers, and other internal customers
• You actively participate in strategic HR projects and take the lead on your own projects

You bring with you

• A completed higher education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in payroll, HR services, and personnel administration
• Sound knowledge of Swiss labour, social security, and payroll law
• Experience in leading employees and enthusiasm for their development
• High service orientation, sense of responsibility, and a strong understanding of quality
• Solid knowledge of Abacus
• Analytical and interconnected thinking as well as interest in digitalisation and process management
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
