Role:
The company is an established Swiss manufacturing business specialising in the development and production of high-quality solutions for modern work and office environments. The focus is on durable furniture and furnishing systems that combine functionality, design, and ergonomic requirements.
Employees work on products that combine design, technology, and practical requirements in everyday work life and gain insight into a versatile interplay of production, development, supply chain, logistics, and commercial departments. Responsibilities:
You independently manage the accounting including subsidiary ledgers and ensure clean and comprehensible financial accounting.
You independently ensure the necessary work for monthly and annual financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER as well as the commercial law annual financial statement.
As the person responsible for electronic invoice receipt, you optimise ongoing processes and keep an eye on correct processing.
You support the finance team in day-to-day business and flexibly take on deputising duties during holiday absences.
Qualifications:
A commercial education and further training as a financial and accounting clerk form your professional basis.
You are confident with financial statements and have sound knowledge in accounting and annual financial statements.
You have very good command of SAP and MS Office and bring a strong IT affinity.
You combine your very good German skills with an independent, structured, and reliable working style.
