Junior Customer Advisor Field Service - Career Change into the Insurance Industry (Basel Region)
Your tasks:- You look after both existing and new customers and advise them individually as well as according to their needs
- You enjoy acquiring and inspiring new customers
- You develop a trusting relationship with the customers
- Active sales and advice on health insurance products
- You prepare offers, conduct telephone calls and handle administrative tasks
- You have either completed a commercial apprenticeship or training in retail
- Initial sales experience is an advantage
- You have very good German skills; any additional language is an advantage
- You enjoy direct customer contact and approach your fellow human beings openly
- You are independent and have the ability to motivate yourself to achieve top performance
- You have the ability to explain complex products clearly
- You hold a driving licence (category B) and have a permanent residence in Switzerland
