Head of Finance & Risk Management Foundation (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF120,000 - 135,000Role:
For our ROCKEN partner, a non-profit foundation in the social sector, we are looking for a personality as CFO. You are a member of the collegial management team, shape the strategic framework conditions and are responsible for financial stability as well as the further development of risk and compliance issues. You are the central contact person for the board of trustees, finance committee and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for planning, controlling and further developing strategic and operational financial management
- You ensure proper accounting and financial reporting according to Swiss GAAP FER
- In this role, you take responsibility for quarterly financial reporting, forecasting, liquidity management, controlling, budgeting and year-end closing
- You support the further development of instruments for financial management for the collegial management team
- As CFO/Head of Finance, you identify measures to improve profitability as well as the further development of processes and services in finance and procurement
- You ensure that the foundation complies with all relevant legal, regulatory and organisation-specific requirements and are responsible for compliance and risk management
Qualifications:
- You have a university degree in business administration, finance/accounting, economics or a qualification as a federally certified expert in accounting and controlling or a comparable qualification
- You bring several years of experience in a comparable role as well as operational experience in a similar position
- You have sound knowledge of financial reporting according to Swiss GAAP FER
- You have proven competence in committee work and stakeholder management
- You think strategically and have negotiation skills
- You are a socially competent, responsible, solution-oriented and analytical personality with a hands-on mentality
