For our client, an internationally active company in mechanical and plant engineering, we are looking for a technically skilled individual interested in long-term development in international service. After thorough training, there is the opportunity to develop into an international service technician.

Automation Technician Service Engineering International (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Assembly and testing of assemblies and complete systems
• Installation and commissioning of machines at the customer’s site
• Carrying out modifications, overhauls and repairs
• Systematic fault finding and troubleshooting
• Support in technical optimisations
• Training and instruction of customers on site
• Gradual assumption of international service assignments
• Willingness to travel approximately 50-90%

Your Profile

• Completed mechanical or electrical vocational training, e.g. Automation Technician EFZ
• Initial experience in mechanical or plant engineering advantageous
• Technical understanding and interest in complex systems
• Willingness for professional development
• Independent, careful and solution-oriented working style
• Reliable and responsible personality
• Very good English skills
• Good German skills advantageous
• Enjoyment of international travel and customer contact
