ICT Supporter (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- You support users daily at the ICT service desk and efficiently resolve their IT concerns.
- In this role, you ensure smooth international 1st-level support in the DACH region.
- You independently handle faults and service requests and lead them to resolution in a structured manner.
- As IT user support and helpdesk, you prioritise, track and escalate tickets purposefully when necessary.
- You take on operational routine tasks in ongoing operations, contributing to system stability.
- In this role, you create and maintain user and system documentation and support 2nd-level support in incident and problem management.
Qualifications:
- Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ or equivalent education or further training
- Solid practical experience with Windows operating systems, MS Office, M365 as well as permissions management
- Good knowledge of networks and handling peripheral infrastructure
- Very high communication skills in German (native level, written and spoken) and very good French
- Strong customer and service orientation as well as enjoyment in direct contact with users
- Analytical, networked thinking and the ability to quickly grasp complex contexts
