• Support of existing and new customers with individual and needs-based advice
• Acquisition and enthusiasm of new customers
• Building and maintaining a trusting customer relationship
• Active sales and expert advice on health insurance products
• Preparation of offers, conducting customer calls and careful completion of administrative tasks

• Completed commercial training or apprenticeship in retail
• Professional experience in sales or consulting is a firm requirement
• Residence in or around Horgen (ZH)
• Very good German skills, additional languages are an advantage
• Enjoyment of direct customer contact and an open, approachable manner
• Independent working style as well as high self-motivation
• Ability to explain complex products simply and understandably
• A grounded, down-to-earth personality who is well rooted in life
• Category B driving licence
