• As Business Manager Applications, you form the central interface between internal and external partners, IT teams and suppliers in the area of transaction processing for our credit and debit card applications
• You are responsible for central processing applications and interfaces along the transaction processing chain, especially in the areas of clearing & settlement, batch processing as well as backend systems and gateways
• In close collaboration with product owners, development teams and business units, you actively drive the further development of our processing solutions and coordinate their professional implementation
• You analyse and specify the needs of stakeholders, derive professional and technical requirements from them and accompany their implementation from definition through realisation and test acceptance to successful production launch
• For the applications you are responsible for, you ensure stable and secure operation, coordinate the analysis and sustainable resolution of faults and manage the relevant suppliers and services
• You actively contribute new ideas, identify optimisation potential and are committed to the continuous development of our processes, applications and services

• Completed education at university of applied sciences or university level in business informatics, computer science, business administration or a related field
• Experience in application management, business application management or a comparable IT/service management environment
• Experience in payment transactions, card or payments area as well as collaboration with agile development teams is an advantage
• Strong conceptual and technical understanding of applications, systems and their interfaces
• Good analytical skills as well as experience in requirements engineering or business analysis
• Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as enjoyment in working with diverse stakeholders
• High quality orientation, reliability and initiative
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
