Payroll Manager (M/F)

On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for a Payroll Manager (M/F).
Your future responsibilities:

• You will ensure the complete and reliable processing of payroll for all employees, respecting deadlines, legal provisions and applicable collective agreements.
• You will guarantee the compliance of salary and social declarations.
• You will provide first-level support to employees for any salary-related questions.

Your profile:

• You have recognised training in the field of payroll (federal diploma as a social insurance specialist, payroll manager certificate or equivalent), with solid experience that can compensate for the absence of a formal title.
• You have at least 3 years of experience in payroll processing in the construction sector in Switzerland, with experience of the CCT SOR and CCT MBG collective agreements.
• You have good knowledge of labour law, social insurance and applicable collective agreements in the construction sector, as well as very good knowledge of WinEur Payroll.
• You are proficient with IT tools and comfortable with digital tools; knowledge of WinEur Accounting is an advantage.
• You are a rigorous, autonomous, organised person with excellent communication skills, and a strong sense of discretion and confidentiality.
• You are fluent in French; any other language is an asset.
