Draftsperson (m/f/d)

Role:
You are technically skilled, enjoy working precisely, and want to actively shape construction projects from the concept phase to execution? You can expect a varied role with CAD planning, site management tasks, and close collaboration with project management.
Responsibilities:
Creation of 2D and 3D CAD planning documents - from concept studies to execution planning
Independent preparation of site, construction, project, and execution plans as well as detailed studies
Taking over site management for smaller projects and deputising for site management in larger projects
Supporting project management with cost control and scheduling
Supporting site management with cost calculations and quantity surveying
Qualifications:
Completed vocational training in construction or as a draftsperson EFZ specialising in architecture
Several years of professional experience in construction or building planning
Ideally experience in site management, cost calculation, and preparation of tenders
Confident handling of Microsoft Office and MS Project
Good knowledge of Messerli and Revit (2D/3D)
Very good German and English skills
Solution-oriented, structured, and well-organised personality
