In this role, you plan demanding HVAC systems for complex building projects and contribute your expertise interdisciplinarily in integral project teams. You use digital methods such as BIM to develop ventilation, heating, cooling or sanitary solutions efficiently and with a future-oriented approach. You take responsibility for sustainable and technically high-quality concepts and can also bring your experience into international projects. Through specific training opportunities, you continuously deepen your know-how and actively shape your professional development. Flexible working hours and flex-office models support you in optimally combining this responsible task with your personal everyday life.
Responsibilities:
Supporting project management in the implementation of HVAC projects in sustainable building construction
Contributing to the integral planning and coordination of BIM-based projects
Technical and methodological support of the planning team in Building Information Modeling (BIM)
Collaboration with specialist areas such as architecture, structural engineering, electrical engineering and construction management
Participation in the implementation of sustainability and climate goals (Green Deal)
Support in the digital planning and development of building services engineering solutions
Qualifications:
Completed technical basic training in the field of building services engineering or comparable
Interest and enthusiasm for integral planning and digital planning methods (BIM)
Affinity for software tools such as AutoCAD and Revit
Interest in sustainability, energy efficiency and green building concepts
Independent, structured and learning-oriented way of working
Team spirit and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
Motivation for further development of technical and digital skills
Fluent German language skills
