Customer Service Manager

For our "Sales" department, we are looking for a:

Context:

The Customer Service team complements the customer service department to respond to tenders, orders and other customer needs. As a central department linking Production and the market, continuous improvement of processes and customer experience are top priorities.

Responsibilities:

• Active participation in the daily activities of the service (customer contacts, creation of offers and orders, etc.) in close collaboration with the Market Managers;
• Coordination of the department to ensure optimal customer service;
• Monitoring performance indicators;
• Management and point of contact for Quality Management related to potential customer complaints;
• Continuous improvement of the service and its processes, with necessary internal and external training for staff development;

Profile sought:

• Proven experience in a similar position (ideally in an industrial field)
• Commercial training
• Good knowledge of SAP software and the Office suite
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to integrate well into the team
• Ability to manage a team of about 10 people
• Excellent command of French, English and German (spoken/written), Swiss German (a plus)
