Service Technician Building Technology (m/f/d)
Role:
In this versatile role, you ensure the reliable commissioning and trouble-free operation of technical systems and supply installations. You carry out maintenance and repair work, analyse technical faults and support customers with your practical expertise directly on site. With your independent working style and strong service orientation, you contribute significantly to high system availability and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Carrying out commissioning and functional tests on technical systems and installations
Ensuring the flawless operational readiness and reliable functioning of installed systems
Systematic analysis, localisation and rectification of faults and technical error messages
Performing maintenance, service and repair work to ensure long-term stable system operation
Technical advice and support for customers regarding questions, adjustments and service calls
Carrying out work in the area of electrical installation and supporting technical optimisations
Assisting with practical assembly and adjustment work with a mechanical focus
Participation in the regulated on-call service to ensure rapid support in urgent service cases
Qualifications:
Completed technical vocational training, for example as a heating installer, sanitary installer, agricultural machinery mechanic, car mechanic, electrical fitter, mechanic, locksmith or comparable qualification
Basic knowledge in electrical engineering and technical understanding of various system installations
Strong manual skills and enjoyment of practical tasks
Knowledge of water hydraulics and experience in welding are advantageous
Independent, precise and reliable working style with a high sense of responsibility
Customer-oriented personality with confident manners and enjoyment of direct customer contact
Strong service orientation, teamwork skills and high commitment
Valid category B driving licence
Willingness to participate in the on-call service
Fluent German skills in spoken and written form
