- Responsibility for IT security, availability, and further development of systems
- Participation and leadership in projects for modernising and transforming IT
- Operation and further development of Linux- and Microsoft-based environments as well as cloud technologies
- Close collaboration within the team and with internal stakeholders
- Participation in on-call and standby duties to ensure system availability
- Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ System Technology, ideally complemented by further IT education (HF, FH)
- Very good knowledge of Linux, Microsoft, and cloud technologies as well as IT security
- Experience in operations and information security of a medium-sized company is an advantage
- High degree of personal responsibility, resilience, and structured working style
- Team-oriented, reliable personality with a strong sense of responsibility
- Willingness to be reachable outside office hours together with the team
- Fluent German skills (C2) as well as very good English skills (B2)
- Possession of a category B driving licence
- Collegial working environment with flat hierarchies and short decision-making paths
- Lots of personal responsibility and active scope for design
- At least five weeks of holiday per year
- Time and financial support for further training
- Home office option of up to two days per week (depending on workload)

- Participation and leadership in projects for modernising and transforming IT

- Participation in on-call and standby duties to ensure system availability
Profile
- Several years of experience as a Senior IT System Engineer with a focus on operations, security, and infrastructure- Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ System Technology, ideally complemented by further IT education (HF, FH)
- Very good knowledge of Linux, Microsoft, and cloud technologies as well as IT security
- Experience in operations and information security of a medium-sized company is an advantage
- High degree of personal responsibility, resilience, and structured working style
- Team-oriented, reliable personality with a strong sense of responsibility
- Willingness to be reachable outside office hours together with the team
