You are proficient in payroll and HR administration, enjoy working with numbers, and wish to broaden your expertise at the interface between Payroll, HR, and Finance?

We want to strengthen this cross-functionality with an experienced Payroll profile, possessing a good understanding of the accounting and financial mechanisms related to payroll.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Prepare, check, and finalise payroll.
  • Process and verify variable payroll elements.
  • Ensure administrative follow-up of entries, exits, salary changes, and absences.
  • Manage aspects related to social insurance, allowances, and withholding tax.
  • Participate in reconciliations between payroll data and accounting.
  • Understand and control accounting entries related to salaries and social charges.
  • Contribute to monthly and annual closing tasks related to personnel costs.
  • Analyse discrepancies or unusual variations in the payroll mass.
  • Prepare necessary supporting documents for controls and audits.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and digitalisation of Payroll processes.

    Your profile:

  • Training in HR, management, accounting, or equivalent education.
  • Proven experience in payroll.
  • Experience in fiduciary services is an asset.
  • Good knowledge of the Swiss social insurance system.
  • Excellent basics in payroll accounting.
  • Strong numerical skills and ability to analyse discrepancies.
  • Excellent command of Excel and experience with a payroll management system or HR ERP.
