Job Description

• As an assembly manager, you plan, organise and coordinate assembly operations.
• You lead the assembly staff and create deployment and scheduling plans.
• You monitor costs, deadlines and quality on the construction site.
• You participate in construction meetings and inspections.
• You are the central contact person for customers, employees and management.
• You ensure compliance with safety regulations.

We Expect

• You have a technical or craft-based basic training (metal construction, timber construction, window construction or glass with a federal certificate of competence or comparable experience).
• You have several years of practical experience in the assembly sector.
• You work in an organised, independent and solution-oriented manner.
• You present yourself confidently and can enforce decisions.
• You are flexible, reliable and take responsibility.
• You hold a category B driving licence.
• You have a good command of German, both spoken and written.
• You are proficient in MS Office.
