In the DREAMS project, we develop and research a digital support offering for the professional development of teachers in the area of self-regulated learning. We work at the interface of educational research, teacher education and educational technologies. Your tasks include:
- further developing the digital system "SRL-Kompass" for the professional development of teachers
- creating, preparing and maintaining content for the system
- assisting in the conception, preparation and implementation of further training
- collaborating in the co-design process with teachers, school management and other school professionals
- jointly preparing scientific publications, reports, presentations and conference contributions
Your profile:
- current studies at a Swiss university, preferably at master’s level
- interest in school, teaching and the professionalisation of teachers
- interest in self-regulated learning, educational innovation and educational technologies
- good written expression skills in German and English
- independent, structured and reliable working style
- enjoyment of scientific work and collaboration in an interdisciplinary team
Teaching experience as well as a flair for appealing and target group-appropriate preparation of content and design of materials are advantageous.
The position is paid hourly on a fee basis and is initially limited until 30.06.2027. A longer-term collaboration is expressly desired.
