Senior Consultant / Assistant Manager – Deal Advisory – Tech CoE

Start Date: By agreement

* Lead technology M&A workstreams across due diligence, integration and separation projects, support clients through critical transaction decisions and translate complex technology topics into tangible business value

* Assess technology capabilities, operating models, applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data and IT cost structures to identify risks and value creation opportunities

* Develop and quality-review technology due diligence reports, highlighting risks, value drivers and implications for deal decisions

* Translate technology findings into strategic, operational and financial implications linked to operating model, synergies and deal value

* Support the design and execution of technology integration and separation strategies, including Day 1 readiness, TSA planning and target operating models

* Coordinate client and cross-functional teams, manage deliverables and timelines, and present findings to senior stakeholders

* Coach junior colleagues and contribute to proposals, methodologies and the continued growth of the technology in M&A offering

* Contribute to business development activities, including proposals, client presentations and thought leadership in Technology M&A

This is what makes you successful

* Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business Informatics, Information systems or a related field

* Three to five years of experience in Technology M&A, technology strategy, IT due diligence, integration, separation or related transaction advisory services

* Proven experience independently managing workstreams, engaging senior stakeholders and delivering high-quality technology due diligence, integration or separation projects

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to connect technology topics to commercial and operational outcomes

* Confident project management and communication skills, including working with senior stakeholders and coaching junior colleagues

* Advanced German and English skills; French or Italian is an advantage

* Willingness to travel as required for client engagements
