• You will process incoming invoices and ensure a smooth accounts payable workflow.
• You will be responsible for preparing and executing the weekly payment run.
• You will regularly communicate with our suppliers by phone and in writing.
• You will support internal users with questions regarding the accounts payable workflow.
• You will reliably handle reminders and clarify outstanding invoices.

• Commercial training and experience in accounts payable
• Good MS Office skills and ideally SAP FI/SD knowledge
• Service-oriented, flexible, precise, and reliable
• Enjoyment in working with numbers
• Very good German and ideally French language skills
